Role Overview The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise therapists, and support the structured growth of the clinic.

You will work closely with ownership to establish a scalable, high-performing clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise Speech-Language Pathologists, ABA Therapists, and Occupational Therapists
- Ensure compliance with PHIPA and regulatory requirements
- Develop clinical protocols and documentation standards
- Conduct and/or oversee assessments
- Participate in clinician hiring and onboarding
- Maintain quality assurance standards
- Support caseload development and utilization targets
- Contribute to long-term expansion planning

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with

College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario OR

College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario

- Minimum 5+ years pediatric clinical experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in structured growth

Pay: $60,800.00-$162,000.00 per year
