Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of patients, developing individualized meal plans, and providing education on dietary practices to promote health and wellness. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients, including evaluating medical history, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans based on individual patient needs and health goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans as necessary to achieve desired health outcomes.
- Provide nutrition education to patients and their families, addressing specific dietary concerns and promoting healthy eating habits.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to integrate nutrition into overall patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Stay updated on current research and trends in nutrition and dietetics to provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Offer exceptional customer service by responding promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution; Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential preferred.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly desirable.
- Proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
