- Design and implement tailored educational programs
- Assess nursing staff learning needs and styles

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with Ontario College of Nurses
- Master's degree in nursing or education
- Minimum of 2 years in adult education role
- Current BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
