This Clinical Nurse
Educator role requires leadership and initiative to foster educational growth among clinical staff. Candidates should have a baccalaureate degree in nursing and at least three years of relevant experience. You will engage in curriculum development, oversee training sessions, and lead ongoing educational programs to enhance patient care within a person-centered model. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training for nursing staff
- Evaluate orientation and education programs regularly
- Facilitate preceptorship and mentorship initiatives
- Coordinate in-service training for continuing education needs
- Participate in the review of patient care standards Requirements:
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum three years recent nursing experience
- Current CPR certification and BC driver's license
- Active registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
