Providence Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Leader to coordinate day-to-day operations of a designated nursing unit and supervise staff. You will act as a clinical resource to nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team in delivering direct patient care.
You will assist in assessing staff development needs, support orientation and education programs, and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives within the program team.
