This full time, temporary position is stationed at the West 5th Campus and requires a Clinical Master of Social Work (MSW) or a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW). Your commitment to professional development, particularly in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and recovery-oriented care, will enhance service quality. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct psychosocial assessments and manage clinical cases
- Collaborate with interprofessional team members effectively




- Advocate for patient access and navigate systemic challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation per organizational standards
- Mentor social work students and participate in program development

Requirements:

- MSW preferred; BSW accepted
- Minimum two years experience in outpatient settings
- Registration with Ontario College of Social Workers
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and legislation
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
