Workers’ Compensation Board - Alberta is seeking a temporary, full time Co-op eBusiness Help Desk Analyst I in Edmonton. You will provide front-line telephone support for external users of WCB systems, troubleshoot e-business services, and promote online features during the busy annual return season.

The role targets students enrolled in business or information technology programs, with prior help desk experience considered an asset.
