As a Collections Clerk/MOA/CNR admin, you will play a vital role in our financial and medical team, ensuring that our accounts are managed effectively and efficiently and CNR requests are released in a timely manner. You will engage with third party insurers and legal teams to facilitate timely payments while maintaining positive relationships. Your expertise in medical collections and financial concepts will be essential as you navigate accounts receivable and payable processes.

What you’ll do

- Manage medical collections by contacting patients, insurance companies and legal representatives to resolve outstanding balances.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and negotiating payment plans.
- Assist in tracking and audit
- Process and release CNRs upon request.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with billing questions and concerns.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records..




- Use software to track payments, debits, credits, and account statuses.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline revenue cycle management initiatives.Basic qualifications
- Proficient in math skills for accurate calculations related to accounts.
- Preferred qualifications
- Experience in HCAI and Third party billing
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to billing processes.
