Position Overview

We are looking for a CollisionRepair Advisor to join our team at DilawriCollision Centre Calgary. The successful candidate issomeonewhois passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to ourgrowing team.

This is a salaried position withset hours, however, there may be additional time required outside of normaloperating hours depending on shop production and in order to accommodate clientrequests.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

- Greeting clients when they arrive and creating alegendary experience

- Qualifying related damages and unrelated damages





- Ensuring all repairs follow OEM repair guidelines

- Performing a walk around with the client to ensureaccuracy of the repair

- Creating damage appraisals covering the extent ofrepairs needed

- Having Explicit and concise communication betweenclient and production teams

- Supporting production teams through writingsupplements and providing updates to our clients

- Preprinting invoices and being client ready uponcompletion of repairs

- Delivering repaired vehicles to client and answeringany questions about the repair process

Qualifications Required

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

- 2-5 years of collision industry experience is required to besuccessful in this role

- 2-5 years of collision and vehicle repair estimating is required tobe successful in this role

- Ability to work independently without close supervision and theability to self-motivate and take initiative

- Flexible and adaptable to change

- Proficient in MS Office

- Customer service focused with strong attention to detail

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
