Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, common areas, floor care, and high-touch surfaces
- Restock essential facility supplies such as hand soap, paper products, and trash liners
- Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, or detailed cleaning needs and report them through our internal system
- Follow established cleaning protocols using professional-grade equipment and provided cleaning products
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and organization across all assigned client locations
- Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for facility occupants and team members
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled commercial cleans within designated access windows

At this time,



we are specifically hiring for casual part-time commercial cleaners available primarily for evening and weekend shifts. We are prioritizing candidates who have flexible availability during these designated timeframes, as commercial schedules depend on facility operating hours and special client requests. You will receive your schedule each week in advance, but please note that client needs or facility access times may occasionally adjust. You will be made aware of changes in real time and compensated accordingly. We also operate short-term rental and residential divisions, and we are always happy to cross-train if there is an interest or desire for additional hours after the initial training period.

Experience

- Prior custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with commercial facility sanitation procedures or industrial cleaning standard operating procedures is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or in small teams with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Ability to navigate various cleaning tools and products safely and effectively
- Solid time management skills, reliability, and receptivity to feedback required
- Cleared Criminal Record check required upon employment
- Must be bondable
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle required
