Groupe Mach Inc. in Montreal seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a commercial real estate portfolio (office/industrial). You will manage tenant relations, budgets, and operations, ensuring building systems run reliably and safely.

You’ll coordinate maintenance, supervise incidents, and provide consulting on investment planning and project budgets. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in CRE required, with CFM/FMP/RPA certifications preferred.
