Data Fellows is looking for passionate data professionals and learners to join our Domain Volunteer Program.

We’re opening 3 volunteer positions across:

If you enjoy sharing what you know, helping others learn, starting meaningful conversations, and being an active part of a data community, this could be for you.

What you’ll doAs a Domain Volunteer, you’ll help make your domain community more active, practical, and engaging.

Your responsibilities will include

- Moderating your assigned Data Fellows domain channel
- Starting conversations and encouraging members to participate
- Sharing useful resources, tools, articles, and learning opportunities
- Helping explain technical concepts in a simple, beginner-friendly way
- Creating discussion prompts around real-world data experiences
- Contributing relevant content to the Data Fellows community newsletter
- Supporting a welcoming and collaborative learning environment
- Submitting a short weekly activity log to the Community Manager

Time commitment: 2–5 hours per week. Who we’re looking forYou don't need to be a senior expert or a polished educator.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience working in or studying Data Analysis, Data Science, or Data Engineering
- Is genuinely interested in helping others learn
- Can communicate technical ideas clearly and simply




- Enjoys starting conversations and engaging with a community
- Can commit at least 2–5 hours per week
- Is comfortable with a simple weekly accountability check-in

What you’ll getAs a Data Fellows Domain Volunteer, you’ll receive:
- An official Data Fellows volunteer title
- A certificate after 90 days
- A LinkedIn recommendation from the Community Manager
- Access to relevant opportunities within the community
- Community-wide recognition for your contribution
