A career as a Mortgage Retention Officer within Optimum Mortgage, at National Bank is to act as a mortgage renewal specialist. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, through your expertise in client engagement, sales, and mortgage services. Proactively engage with approximately 100 clients per month to support mortgage renewals.

Have 2 to 3 years of experience in financial services, mortgage administration, sales, or customer service.



Demonstrate proven outbound sales ability and strong understanding of mortgage policies and procedures. Be technically proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.

Possess excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
