Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our efforts in connecting Black youth and adults with programs, resources and community support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement outreach initiatives, foster partnerships, and promote our organization’s mission.

Responsibilities

- Lead community outreach and participant recruitment
- Build strong relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, and stakeholders as referral partners.
- Support program engagement and follow-up.
- Collect and analyze data on community needs, engagement levels, and program outcomes to inform future efforts.

Requirements

- Proven experience in community outreach or youth services
- Understanding of Black communities and their needs




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to work independently
- Knowledge of marketing principles to promote programs through various channels.
- Leadership qualities that motivate teams and inspire community participation.
