OPTIONS NORTHWEST is a community-based, non-profit organization serving Thunder Bay and surrounding areas. The Community Resource Consultant delivers client-focused clinical services in homes, offices and the community for people with developmental disabilities or dual diagnosis.

You will conduct intakes, assessments, develop programming and provide one-to-one counselling, while coordinating with families and staff in a multidisciplinary team.
