We assist our clients with their wants and needs, while mitigating risks and maintaining operation of equipment as well as operating in a safe manner in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Job summary

This is a full-time seasonal position, while helping and managing equipment, you will need basic construction skills; such as, using and working with power tools, working around other trades, knowing and understanding basic safety (Dynamic Flatworks has on site training and will train all new employees on our safety program)

The majority of our contracts allow us to stay on one job site for a solid duration, without the need to hop site to site daily. This helps our employees with fuel savings and long drive. We work mainly in Edmonton, Alberta. However some Jobs can be outside Edmonton or the surrounding area. (Dynamic flatworks can/will arrange car pooling if needed)

Starting hiring position: $18-$25 an hour

Highschool diploma or equivalent, Valid driver license & have own transportation,



provide a clean drivers abstract, be reasonably physically fit (Must be able to lift 50lbs)

Advance hiring position: $28-$38 an hour

Have worked with concrete longer than 10years, Able to screed/ level concrete & form set, as well as read and understand survey stakes and drawings, Be able to finish concrete unsupervised, knowledge of all concrete tools.

Weekends and overtime are always available to those who make an effort!
