Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate concrete pumping equipment to efficiently deliver concrete to various construction sites, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality results. Your expertise in heavy equipment operation, mechanical systems, and construction processes will be essential in supporting our projects’ success.

Responsibilities

- Operate concrete pump machinery safely and accurately to deliver concrete to designated locations on construction sites.
- Set up, inspect, and maintain pump equipment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed before and during operation.
- Coordinate with the construction crew to determine the best placement of concrete and troubleshoot any operational issues promptly.
- Assist with the setup of auxiliary equipment such as hoses, chutes, and booms for efficient pouring operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, and other machinery used in conjunction with concrete pumping activities.
- Maintain detailed records of daily operations,



equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
- Support other construction activities such as concrete forming, paving, or finishing as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as concrete pumps, excavators, loaders, or similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly.
- Construction experience with familiarity in paving, concrete forming, or finishing is highly desirable.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification for operating heavy vehicles.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to heavy equipment operation on construction sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and site supervisors.
