Construction Project Coordinator / Sales – Part time

NEOD Contracting is looking for a motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator / Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

We are a Vancouver-based construction and HVAC company working on residential and commercial projects. We are looking for someone who can assist with project management while also helping with estimating, client communication, basic bookkeeping, and generating new business.

Responsibilities

- Assist with managing residential and commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, and site activities
- Communicate with clients and provide project updates
- Attend site visits and meetings when required
- Help prepare estimates, quotations, change orders, and project documentation
- Follow up on estimates and potential projects
- Develop relationships with general contractors, designers, property managers, developers, and potential clients
- Help generate new construction opportunities
- Keep project information, schedules, and documentation organized
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, invoices, and project-related accounting

What We're Looking For
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients, contractors, and trades




- Basic estimating or project coordination experience is an asset
- Sales or business development experience is an asset
- QuickBooks knowledge or bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Able to work independently, multitask, and take initiative
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to job sites

Position Part-Time – approximately 10–40 hours per week, depending on workload The schedule can be flexible depending on projects and workload. There is potential for the position to grow into a larger role as the company expands.

Compensation will depend on construction/project management experience. Performance-based commission or bonuses may also be available for new projects brought to the company.
