Start Date : ASAP Qualifications

- Continuing Care Assistant, Health Care Aide, or Personal Support Worker certification or equivalent
- PART training required, level 4 or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work with students who have extreme behaviours and various physical needs
- Ability and experience in working with children
- Physical ability to work with active students
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, and an ability to work in a team environment

D u t i e s m a y in c l u de but a re not limited to the foll o wing :

- Willingness to meet the health and hygiene needs of children as required
- Work one on one with students and within a classroom setting
- Based on needs of individual students, provide individual students with assistance in speech, motor, and language development and social and life skills
- Work as part of a team in development and implementation of Individual Improvement Plan
