Ignite Sauna + Cold Plunge is Burlington’s specialized, science-informed contrast-wellness social. We bring together traditional Finnish sauna, salt-filtered cold plunges and meaningful human connection in a welcoming community environment.

We are seeking an energetic and dependable Full/Part-Time Contrast Therapy Coach & Guest Experience Associate to help guide guests safely and confidently through the Ignite experience. You will welcome clients, explain sauna and cold-plunge protocols, support daily operations and ensure every guest receives attentive, personalized service.

As part of a growing startup, you must be comfortable taking initiative, adapting quickly and contributing wherever needed. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, hospitality and building a strong local community.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and create a warm, inclusive and professional first impression
- Introduce first-time guests to the Ignite experience and explain facility etiquette
- Guide clients through sauna and cold-plunge protocols clearly and confidently
- Monitor guest comfort and adherence to established safety procedures
- Answer questions and respond to client concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain clean, organized and welcoming sauna, cold-plunge, change-room and social areas
- Restock towels, supplies and guest amenities throughout each shift
- Support opening and closing procedures, basic equipment checks and daily operational records
- Assist with membership inquiries, client retention and community-building initiatives




- Work collaboratively with the Ignite team to create an energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty
- Respond calmly and appropriately if a guest becomes uncomfortable or requires assistance

Requirements
- Solid customer-service, hospitality, fitness, recreation or wellness experience
- Genuine interest in sauna, cold exposure, recovery and overall well-being
- Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with individuals and groups
- Mature judgment and the ability to enforce safety protocols respectfully
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently when required
- Comfortable working in warm, humid and cold environments
- Willingness to perform hands-on cleaning, restocking and operational duties
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification before beginning independent shifts
- Reliable transportation for shifts beginning at 6:00 a.m.
- Evening and Saturday availability
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

- Any current CPR, First Aid, fitness or wellness certifications
