Eclipse Automation in Cambridge, Ontario, is seeking a Software Designer Team Lead to guide controls software design and coordinate engineering policies. This in office role requires leadership to meet project goals and deliver Eclipse solutions on schedule.

You will mentor staff, drive software development across projects, and liaise with customers to ensure quality and safety standards. Travel may be required up to 25% for project needs.
