Restaurant Cook

We are looking for a reliable and experienced cook to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards

- Operate commercial cooking equipment safely and efficiently

- Handle food preparation and daily kitchen prep

- Maintain consistent food quality and portioning

- Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked

- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties

- Work efficiently during busy service periods

- Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience

- Experience working with high-heat ovens or tandoor ovens is an asset

- Comfortable working around hot cooking equipment

- Strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness and food safety

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently

- Willing to learn and follow established procedures

- Able to handle a fast-paced working environment

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
