Medical Aesthetics Clinic Manager

We are an established medical aesthetics clinic providing a wide range of injectable, laser, skin rejuvenation, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We are looking for an experienced Medical Aesthetics Clinic Manager to join our team and take an active role in the growth and day-to-day management of the clinic.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, or a closely related field
- Strong knowledge of injectables, laser treatments, skin treatments, and aesthetic services
- Experience with clinic operations, staff hiring, scheduling, sales, and customer service
- Strong understanding of marketing and client acquisition
- Familiarity with Chinese social media and marketing platforms, particularly REDnote / Xiaohongshu
- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin or Cantonese due to our local client demographic




- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to help recruit and manage appropriate clinical and administrative staff

We prefer someone who is available full-time and is interested in taking a long-term leadership role within the clinic. We offer a competitive compensation structure with the opportunity for salary plus performance-based commission, providing solid earning potential for the right candidate.

Pay: $18.32-$28.77 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
