This posting is for one unionized contractual course-by-course appointment to teach one course as a Course Lecturer. Course lecturer positions are governed by the Collective Agreement between McGill University and McGill Course Lecturers and Instructors Union (MCLIU)-CSN.
Course Credits: 3 Number of positions available: Course Number-Section and Title (CRN): EDPC 504-001/752 Communication and Critical Conflict Resolution (CRNs: 2382/2383) Applying a social justice framework this course will give students the opportunity to develop the critical communication skills necessary when addressing difficult dialogues and conflict. Éducation /Education PhD in Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work or equivalent Expérience / Experience Graduate level training in intervention, broadly defined as helping Clinical experience in interviewing (2 years post PhD) Experience teaching educators Autre / Other Adherence to evolving program requirements concerning course content and program-developed competencies; course content and references must reflect the most current advances in the field. Course dates are from January 5, 2027 to April 14, 2027.
