Martindale Animal Hospital is looking for an engaging Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our skillful, dynamic team. We are a locally owned Veterinary Hospital that cares for cats and dogs in Sudbury, Ontario like they were our own!
Our talented group is made up of 3 veterinarians and a team of support staff (RVTs, VA's and CSRs) and we hope that you will be a outstanding fit to add to our team. In this energetic role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful presence that resolves inquiries, provides product information, and offers a positive experience to the clients of our busy facility.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Checking in pets for appointments and maintaining their digital medical records
- Answering phones in a friendly, professional manner and to triage client concerns, scheduling of appointments and surgeries accordingly
- Record all requests and communications made by clients and from referring veterinary hospitals, doctors etc.
- Preparing invoices and processing payments/use of POS terminals, appointment confirmations, preparing documents etc.
- Must be comfortable with current technology including proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, scanner etc. (Knowledge of AVImark and AllyDVM computer systems is considered a bonus)
Skills and qualifications:
- Strong data entry capabilities with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently across multiple channels
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- High School diploma; completion of post-secondary Medical Administrations program (Preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years as Client Services Representative, preferably in the healthcare field (animal or human).
