Job Summary

Aylmer Tire is a busy Tire and Automotive Shop looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to our team. If you are organized, customer oriented, highly motivated with a good attitude this job could be right for you. The position is part time most of the year with full-time hours needed during busy season.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Answering the phones and directing calls to the right person, taking messages if needed

· Booking customer appointments

· Appointment reminder phone calls

· Greeting customers and making sure they are directed to the right Service Advisor

· Organizing paperwork

· Working with Service Advisors to make sure paperwork is being completed in a timely manner

Qualifications

- Customer Service experience
- Organization Skills
- Time Management
- Phone Etiquette

Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 44.0 per week
