Service Nova Scotia in Kentville, NS is seeking a Customer Service Leader, Access Centre (Program Admin Officer 3) to supervise frontline staff and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will oversee recruitment, performance management, scheduling, and policy administration, and act as Manager when required.

Experience with government programs is preferred; French or other languages and solid leadership are assets in this role.
