Fixora Appliance Repair is a growing appliance repair company providing professional repair services for refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, and other major household appliances. We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate appliance repair appointments.
- Understand the customer's appliance issue and collect the necessary information.
- Provide customers with basic information about our services, diagnostic fees, and appointment availability.
- Communicate with technicians regarding schedules, customer information, and job updates.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, parts, estimates, and repairs.
- Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
- Update customer and job information accurately in our service management system.
- Help ensure customers receive excellent service from the initial call through completion of the repair.

Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, dispatch, or administrative experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Professional, friendly,



and confident when speaking with customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Ability to handle multiple customer calls and appointments efficiently.
- Appliance repair or home-service industry experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
