Fix Auto Orangeville, part of Brackett Auto Group, is looking for a friendly, organized and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, the Customer Service Representative plays an important role in creating a positive experience throughout the collision repair process. You will work closely with our customers and internal team to provide timely communication, coordinate appointments and help ensure vehicles move smoothly through the repair process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a quick-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone and through email and text communication
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Manage day to day front office activities and help maintain an organized and efficient workflow
- Schedule customer appointments based on shop availability
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and respond to questions or concerns professionally
- Work closely with the production and management teams to help ensure vehicles remain on track for timely delivery
- Review available services with customers and explain additional service options when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer information and records
- Process customer transactions and related documentation
- Assist with work orders and technician assignments as required
- Build positive,



long lasting relationships with customers
- Assist with other administrative and customer service duties as required

What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service experience; experience in an automotive dealership, collision centre or body shop is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, friendly and customer focused approach
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain organized and professional in a busy environment
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, text and in person
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
