Responsibilities

- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, update account information, and maintain detailed records
- Assist customers in understanding services.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure clarity in every interaction
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations while promoting company offerings
- Process and close off work orders to ensure customers and drivers are paid accurately.

Skills

- Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Proficiency in English ais highly preferred to serve all customers needs.




- Must be very detail orientated and have strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette standards to ensure respectful and positive interactions
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.
