Job Summary

GGB Exhaust, Canada’s premier powersports exhaust manufacturer requires a customer service specialist with a passion for the powersports industry and providing customers with accurate and timely product information via email, chat and phone. Maintaining a professional personality while representing the brand with customer inquiries, concerns, shipping, picking, order processing, label generating, and staying up to date on industry new vehicle models are some of the responsibilities required. Previous customer service experience with a knowledge of various computer software programs and proficiency required.

General Accountabilities

- Answers and route customer inquiries.
- Resolves customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Receives and fulfills online and telephone orders and inquiries.
- Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving functions.
- Pick and prepare finished goods for shipment to dealers and online customers.
- Fulfills warranty and return requests.
- Maintains master file with current and current model fitment information.




- Prepares and schedule outbound waybills - provides documentation for cross border shipments when applicable.
- Tracks deliveries to ensure on time.
- Performs other related duties as needed

Job Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous customer service experience and knowledge of powersports required
- Adept and proficient at using PC
- Shipping/receiving experience an asset.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
