As the first point of contact for existing clients, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, accessing carrier portals to process service requests, and contacting clients regarding policy renewals and additional coverage options. Requirements Minimum 1 year of Canadian work experience Strong professional English communication skills (verbal and written) RIBO license strongly preferred Sales background or aptitude preferred Comfortable working with online portals and general office technology Reliable, organized, and client-focused Compensation & Schedule 20 hours/week guaranteed, across 4-5 days $18/hr In-person at our Georgetown, ON location
