As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via in person, phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Utilize Data entry skills to accurately document customer interactions and transactions.
- Demonstrate excellent Phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for Upselling and cross-selling products.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:




- Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in Automotive Customer service or related field is preferred.
- Strong Sales acumen with the ability to promote products effectively.
- Excellent Data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Outstanding Phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
