Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Prepare and serve food items following food safety and sanitation standards to ensure quality and safety.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen stations and dining spaces, adhering to food industry standards.




- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to deliver timely service.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues during peak hours and busy shifts.
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
