Job Role: Cyara Developer / Senior Tester (Cyara Automation)

Location : Downtown, ON /Hybrid

Position Type : Contract Role

Contract Duration: 12 months

3 days Onsite in a week

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 65-70/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Candidate should be responsible for designing and building Cyara automation for IVR and contact flow validation , executing functional and regression testing, and supporting defect triage throughout the testing lifecycle.

Must Have:

- Solid hands-on experience with Cyara.
- Design and build automated test scenarios using Cyara.
- Experience designing and building Cyara automation , rather than only executing existing automated tests.
- Experience testing IVR and Contact Centre flows.




- Strong experience with functional and regression testing.
- Validate IVR and contact flow behaviour against defined requirements and expected outcomes.
- Experience with defect identification, tracking, and triage.
- Participate in defect triage and work with relevant teams to support issue resolution.
- Ability to analyze testing results and troubleshoot failed test scenarios.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within technical delivery teams.
