Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food preparation
- Oversee food handling, cooking, and food safety procedures to maintain health standards and quality control
- Manage cash handling processes, including POS (Point of Sale) systems like Par POS, ensuring accuracy and security
- Train new staff members through effective interviewing and onboarding processes
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with food ordering, and ensure proper food storage practices




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience in a food service or restaurant workplace
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Par POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and serving excellence
- Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred; bartending or barista experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interview and train staff confidently

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
