Data Entry Analyst (Administrator) - Coquitlam, BC (Healthcare) By delegation from the Lab Manager, Construction Services, the Data Entry Analyst (Administrator) is responsible for providing effective and competent support to Intertek Testing Services NA Ltd. in a safe, legal, and ethical manner. ~ This position will appeal to a self-motivated individual with a strong background in data analysis, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a solid work ethic, coupled with an interest in career growth. Accurately enter, track, and maintain construction materials testing data and laboratory reports, including concrete, asphalt, soil compaction, grout, and other related testing services. Coordinate and maintain work orders, project files, and service records to support the efficient tracking and delivery of construction materials testing services.

Maintain laboratory equipment calibration records and assist with tracking calibration status and documentation. Develop working knowledge of construction materials testing procedures, quality documentation, project workflows, and client service requirements. Carrying out all responsibilities in a supportive manner with total adherence to: The Company's Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures, Quality Management System, Compliance and Ethics Policies, Vision, Mission and Strategy, and exercises good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy.

Accounting Background

Diploma is preferred or, alternatively, equivalent technical experience. ~1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in data entry, data analysis,



or a related field. ~ Familiar with civil engineering construction QA/QC inspection and test standards and procedures to ASTM and CSA standards. Effective business writing and composition skills with a valuable command of the English language. Familiarity with data management systems (e.g., QESTLab or similar) is an asset.

Office software knowledge. The hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
