Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety and quality standards
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to meet customer expectations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment during shifts
- Follow all food industry regulations regarding food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures





Experience

- Previous food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in cashiering or cash handling enhances your ability to serve guests smoothly
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash transactions and order calculations
- Restaurant or food industry experience helps in understanding service standards and food safety practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude to engage guests effectively
