The Retail Delivery

Driver is accountable for liaising between our customers and our internal teams to facilitate the accurate, timely, and effective delivery of packaged products. They are responsible for processing shipped orders and completing trip sheets and logbooks in a timely manner, meeting regulatory requirements. Offer exceptional on-farm customer service Communicate closely with the Sales Coordinator team to support customer service, route planning, and delivery times Conduct routine pre/post trip truck inspections and maintain accurate delivery records Assist with customer feedback to ensure timely closeout Use collaborative methodology to anticipate, identify,



and resolve delivery-related process issues and inefficiencies and suggest improvements Participate in team member onboarding and training for related systems and tools to ensure they are set up for success Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to follow scheduled route plan, using time effectively to meet expected delivery deadlines Collaborative mindset, able to build strong relationships with customers, consultants and internal stakeholders focused on customer satisfaction Valid Class 1 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract (completed annually) ~ Industrial Lift Truck (Forklift) Safety Certification ~3 or more years of Class 1 driving experience ~ Basic MS Office skill levels Since 2005, More Than Just Feed and its family of Brands have proudly served Western Canada’s feed industry with high-quality products and services.
