Duties
- Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Utilize dental software such as Oryx to document patient records accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care, schedule appointments, and manage follow-up treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health
Requirements
- Valid dental license or certification to practice as a Dental Associate in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience working in a dental office setting with familiarity using Oryx or similar practice management software
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and general health conditions
- Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain treatment options clearly to patients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
