Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Administrator who excels in schedule management, patient communication, and clinic flow coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced workplace and can confidently manage both hygiene and doctor schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Full ownership of the hygiene schedule
- Ensuring daily doctor schedules stay fully booked
- Confirming all appointments and reducing no‑shows
- Coordinating with providers to ensure coverage
- Managing recalls, unscheduled treatment, and overdue hygiene
- Strong communication with patients regarding treatment needs
- Monitoring schedule gaps and filling them proactively
- Ensuring hygiene performance aligns with daily booking targets




- Clear documentation and communication with the Practice Manager

Required Experience

- Minimum 2 years dental front desk experience
- Strong understanding of hygiene flow, recalls, and perio intervals
- Confident communicator with patients and providers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy multi‑provider clinic
- Experience with booking strategies and schedule optimization
