Dental Receptionist

Murrayville Dental – Langley, BC

Murrayville Dental is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our close-knit team! The position is full time, Tuesday to Saturday.

We are a family-oriented, non-corporate dental office that takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming setting for both our patients and our team.

What We’re Looking For

- 1 year of dental reception experience preferred
- Knowledge of Tracker is required
- Friendly, positive, and professional personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Reliable and dependable
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Takes initiative and is willing to learn

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient recalls and follow-ups
- Process payments and assist with billing and insurance inquiries




- Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
- Prepare treatment estimates
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with the dental team
- Help keep the reception area organized and welcoming
- Provide excellent patient service from the moment patients arrive

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
