Own the end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance. Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support. Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure seamless end-to-end design.

Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations. 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP. ~ Hands on experience with GL or Oracle Financials Accounting Hub. ~ Hands-on experience designing solutions across multiple finance processes and modules. ~ Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments. ~ Consulting background strongly preferred. ~ Oracle certifications are a plus. ~ Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus. ~ The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions. ~ Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration. ~ Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors,



including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy.
