Role Overview The Digital Skills Instructor delivers engaging, structured digital‑learning experiences for youth, helping participants build foundational digital literacy, problem‑solving skills, and confidence using creative and educational technologies. This role focuses on guiding students through hands‑on digital activities, supporting basic coding logic, facilitating teamwork, and ensuring safe, positive digital engagement.
Responsibilities may include facilitating Minecraft Education lessons, digital challenges, creative problem‑solving activities, and introductory technology tasks that build early digital fluency. The Instructor helps maintain a supportive learning environment, provides individualized assistance,
and ensures smooth delivery of digital programming across Mastermind Youth Foundation initiatives.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
