This role leads operational policy development, compliance and risk management programs, contract management, and business continuity planning within a large-scale real estate investment workplace. The position supports a real estate platform managing office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets across multiple regions and investment strategies.

Location: Toronto/Hybrid- 3 Days a Week on Site 10+ years within Business Operations including 5+ years in the real estate industry ~ Experience with Real Estate accounting system (Yardi is a plus) ~ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and real estate accounting systems ~ Strong background in real estate investment , asset management, accounting, and administration concepts ~ AML/ATF compliance, risk management, audit coordination, and contract management Experience working with real estate funds Develop and lead implementation of GRE operational policies and procedures Manage business unit compliance and risk management programs Manage contract inventory, renewal tracking, and vendor invoice processing Administer AML/ATF compliance reporting, monitoring,
