McKesson is seeking an experienced Change Management Leader to drive AI enablement initiatives across Copilot, Unified Employee Agent, and Agentic AI programs. You will partner with senior executives to translate complex AI concepts into actionable change strategies.

The role requires 8+ years in change management, solid business acumen, and excellent communication skills. A 4-year degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.
