Role Description The Director of Client Services is a full time remote role responsible for leading client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery across branding, design, and technology engagements. This role oversees the client services team, sets service standards, and manages key accounts from onboarding through ongoing support and renewal.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing client strategies, monitoring performance and satisfaction, addressing escalations, and coordinating with creative, technology, and operations teams to meet project goals. The Director of Client Services will also analyze account health,



identify growth opportunities, refine processes, and contribute to overall business development and client retention initiatives.

Qualifications

- Client services and customer service skills to manage complex accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret client data, measure satisfaction, and develop insights that improve service quality and outcomes.
- Customer satisfaction focus, including experience designing feedback loops, handling escalations, and implementing improvements.
- Team management skills to lead, mentor, and develop a client services team in a remote environment.
- Experience in creative, branding, digital, or technology-focused environments, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with skill in translating complex ideas into clear client-facing narratives.
- Proven organizational and project coordination skills, including priority setting and deadline management across multiple accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
