- Lead budgeting efforts by preparing detailed financial forecasts, monitoring variances, and recommending corrective actions.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage investment activities, evaluating opportunities for business development and expansion while maintaining prudent risk controls.
- Provide leadership to finance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development.




- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, offering insights on financial implications and investment opportunities.

Requirements

- Proven experience in corporate finance, financial services, or related fields with a solid background in accounting principles.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Expertise in budgeting, cost management, risk analysis, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation, bookkeeping software, and financial management tools.
- Strong understanding of investment strategies and business development processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline;
- Advanced certification such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
