Duties

- Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools using proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Organize and store clean dishes and kitchenware in designated areas for easy access.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely clearing of tables and maintaining a clean dining environment.




- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by disposing of waste properly and sanitizing surfaces regularly.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene and sanitation.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting restaurant staff.

Pay: $15.50-$17.50 per hour
