Overview

Moonfleet Group of Companies is hiring a Night Shift Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations, manage schedules, and facilitate communication between teams, farmers, and drivers. This role is key to keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced workplace and requires excellent organization and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and update daily schedules and setup sheets
- Communicate schedule changes or delays to farmers and drivers
- Resolve dispatch issues and support crew logistics
- Maintain accurate records and forward required documents
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure equipment and staffing needs are met

Qualifications
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with Google Calendar, email, and basic computer use
- Dispatch or logistics experience is an asset
- Agricultural or poultry experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
